Orange Day Goings on
On the weekend of the 15/16th Feb it was the annual Go orange day for Independent Lifeboats and the people of the West Wight did their bit.

Saturday 16th Feb, along with the other events of Go Orange, we are recruiting for new crew, need to be 17-45, physically fit, available during the day, you will be given full training, first aid, sea survival etc. Come for a chat and a cuppa and learn more - Sat 16th 10 - 2 at the lifeboat station
Raymarine Thermal scope
We have just taken delivery of a Raymarine Thermal scope, this will be a huge asset for working at night, and searching for persons, it will pick up a heat source up to 350m away, many thanks to all that have made donations to us at various events to make this possible.
