Paged at 1105 yacht "Van Druidh" becalmed and faulty engine. Position was 1.6nm west of the fairway bouy.
Yacht taken under tow to Yarmouth.

Paged at 0845 to attend an abandoned tender 2miles south west of the Needles. On arrival already taken under tow by yacht. Refueled at Yrmouth back on station 10:30

We were paged at 20.02 to go to the assistance of an 18' fishing boat at anchor with 3 persons on board that had lost all power 1/2M from the cliff to the East of The Needles, we managed to free the anchor, established a tow and took the vessel to Yarmouth. We were released by the Coastguard at 22.13, recovered at Freshwater Bay, cleaned down and back on pagers at 22.55.

ILB launched at 13.41, 'Bella' a springer spaniel went over the cliff at Watcombe, a rather soggy and bemused dog was reunited with her owner no worse for wear. Released at 13.55
